Phillips Safety Laser Safety Barrier

4 x 7 ft. laser safety (protective) barrier is ideal for containing a laser in a specific area. Laser barriers are designed to offer protection from direct and scattered lasers. Laser barrier curtain material is designed to withstand 200W/CM2 with a beam size of 5 mm for 100 seconds. The frame is constructed of heavy-duty tubing with a brushed finish to reduce specular reflection. Includes all hardware and instructions. The barrier is offered as a stand-alone or with lockable castors.

All barriers meet or exceed the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) 136.1 Standard: for the Safe Use of Lasers. LSOs (Laser Safety Officers) need to consider working environments, viewing conditions, and beam delivery systems when making assessments and determining the correct laser glasses, goggles, barriers, or windows to protect against potentially hazardous laser radiation. Do not operate lasers without correct protective equipment and training.
