Some may have scuffs/dents on areas that do not affect functionality (such as a gas tank).  There is a 90 day factory warranty, with extended warranty options of up to 5 years. They are refurbished by the manufacturer and guaranteed to work like new. Due to shipping costs, returns are not allowed on this product.  If it is not working properly in the beginning (dead on arrival), it will be repaired at the nearest facility free of charge.
